§ What is Karha

From root to ritual.

A kaṣāya is the oldest form of medicine in India — herbs cooked into a daily drink. Karha rebuilds it for now: slow-extracted, evidence-led, and tuned to a body that lives in 2026.

Twenty-four single-origin auṣadhāni.

Adaptogens, bitters and aromatics — each traced to a named farm, altitude and harvest window. No fillers, no anonymous extracts.

Mixed in the right ratios.

Each herb is weighed against the others — for therapeutic effect, for taste, for the body type. Classical formulae, calibrated for a 2026 dose.

03 · Crushed

Ground, infused, finished.

Stone-ground in small batches, then layered with kitchen-shelf aromatics — cardamom, ginger, honey — to round the flavour without masking the medicine.

04 · Sealed

Air-tight, light-proof, fresh.

Each batch is nitrogen-flushed and sealed in food-grade tins with a tamper-evident liner — keeping volatile actives potent for twelve months.
